frangos-jewelry.com offers reliable and economical shipping with Greek Post (ELTA). We offer both national and worldwide delivery.

We are happy to offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders with low cost shipping cost.

Please make sure the delivery address is entered correctly (including full name of the receiver, street name and house number, zip code and any detail that applies). We are not responsible for mistakes or delivery failure due to incorrect delivery address provided.

PRODUCT RETURNING
We offer a 14-days return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at info@frangos-jewelry.com within 14 days from the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

Contact us and mention your order reference and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
Mae sure the items are carefully packaged.
Send the items in the original packaging with the original invoice and any gifts included.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-5 days upon receipt of the package. Please consider sending the return package with tracking information (registered package). We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

Refunds are issued to your original payment source. If a coupon was used and you requested a partial refund (for example, you bought two items and want to return one), the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges of return packages are at the customer’s expense. Items not returned will not be refunded. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped with our shipping option “Standard”.

Failure to follow the instructions may cause delay of your refund or receiving of your exchanged item or refusal of the refund or exchange.

We would like to kindly remind you, all the to-be-returned items must be in new or unused condition with original packaging and materials included. “New or unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use or wear nor any other damage(s) to the item. We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition.

Please note that items on sale (items with a discount on their base price) will be refunded at sale-price. For customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-days return policy for items on sale.
